Your Body Tells You Why You’re Fat!
Looking at Yourself – Part by Part
I invite you to really look at your body. With the help of this blog you will look at your body as a whole – not an earlobe at a time. Examine where you carry your fat and what you are protecting. It is not “fat” you are carrying. It is fear. Your body is protecting you from something or someone. There is a foundation for the source of what, or whom, you fear. I invite you to shift your perception. It is not fat you are carrying, but your safety cushion.
Metaphysically, the accumulated fat on your body is communicating about where your fears are based. You are either keeping yourself or something in; or keeping something or someone out. Everybody carries his or her fear differently. The key areas from a metaphysical point of view include:
o Belly Fat
o Suit of Armor
o Thighs
o Legs
o Feet
o Hips
o “Love Handles”
o Buttocks
o Arms
o Chest/Bust
o Throat/Chin
Permanent weight release occurs with knowledge of your fear and understanding why you are protecting yourself. Your body is just a puzzle waiting to be solved. We are looking at fat in an objective manner. Don’t think of it as a curse and a nemesis. It is now a messenger.
I often say “The issue is in the tissue.” This means that your body and your mind are not two separate parts. They are integrated. If you look at your body as an interpreter, you will be surprised at your own insight. Look at your body, your “tissue”, and you will discover an unresolved “issue” in your life. If the issue is in the tissue, then the solution can be found with this objective reasoning. Now you know fat is fear. Where you hold your fear is important. Next entry we will look at location. Then you will have a better idea why you are heavy. If you know why you hold fat, it is a lot easier to treat it, heal it, and release the weight.

Q & A for Weight Release
Catherine, if you could only give me one piece of advice before I start my diet, I would appreciate it, thank you, love Anna.
Anna, well, I can actually give you a couple little hints, and the first and foremost piece of advice is to shift your mind from the word diet to release. Language is so powerful and we have so much negative scripting associated with the word diet. So my first advice is all about releasing.
I also think it is important to know why you are holding onto the weight to begin with, once you can recognize why you have the weight and what you are afraid of then it will make it easier to allow yourself to move forward without the potential for sabotage.
In my initial weight release sessions, I ask the client to be aware of two things, one is their water intake. It is recommended that a person drink half their body weight in ounces per day. If you weight 200 pounds, then you should drink 100 ounces per day. If you consume caffeine, it is always good to add more water, as caffeine can dehydrate. So, I don’t ask you to restrict your intake of food, I would like to see you add water.
You don’t even need to do it all at once, Anna, life is a journey. when we get all gung ho and dive in we set ourselves up to fail, so just add a glass of water a day and add more as you are comfortable with it. That is the key, start slow, if you don’t do anything else, just add water to your day.
Wow, I bet you expected a pep talk on exercise, food all of that? well, not right now, let’s just get your mind shifted to see water as your friend, then we can move on to the next step.

Managing Your Energetic System
Your body is a machine that functions best when functioning in the now. Most illness that manifests is due to energy taken from your present existence and “given” to the past or “given” to the future. A human in balance is a walking rainbow. When you are in balance your body will automatically adjust to its perfect weight (understand that may not be your perfect weight, but who cares if you are happy?) Your weight release journey is not about releasing weight as much as it is about releasing external or internal forces that draw your energy.
I often equate each center to a colored ball of yarn, you give and give (unravel) from a certain center, which is related to a certain aspect of your life, your emotions, and when there is not any “yarn” (energy) left, your body then becomes energetically “bankrupt.” (Think of the term “frayed” in a whole new light.)
When an issue is with your sacral energy center, it tells me that you have given much of your energy (in many cases, ALL of the second center energy) to a particular person(s) in your life. Second center deals with emotions, it is all about your person-to-person emotional relationships. The second as well as the third center deal with guilt and grief. Listen to your body, it is telling you to pay attention to your hurt and then you can begin the healing process.
Understanding what each affected part of the body represents is an insightful approach to weight release. Understanding these representations and how they fit into your life will bring about conclusions to situations you find challenging. Changing thought changes situations and the vibrations around you.
The organs that are affected are a direct result of which center you are activating in order to feed you desires. If it deals with your belief systems, whether it be prejudices, religious, or social concerns or if it is issues with your family, addictions and anger or shame toward family, the base energy center is affected. In order to provide you with the energy you THINK you need, the energy will come from your foundation, which is related to anything solid in your body: your skeletal structure or your large intestine, teeth, bones, joints and so on. Like wise, if you are expounding energy falsely by not being truthful, whether that is by lying or by not speaking up or living your truth, your fifth center, the throat may take energy from your thyroid or your neck and shoulders, creating discomfort, then pain, then dis-ease depending on how long your body says, “hey, remember your soul consciousness promised to…” and how long you ignore that vibratory trigger.
It is the listening that is important. If you ignore or “fix” the symptom without knowing what your body is telling you, it will just “pop” out in another form, perhaps from a different energy center, but mostly it is within the same familiar vibration. There are many cases of cancer where the individuals have “beaten the odds” why? Because they changed their lifestyle, changed their outlook, or re prioritized their lives, which is exactly why their bodies healed and the cancer did not reoccur. Remission is your body’s way of saying, “thanks for listening”.
I define a miracle when everyone that is involved in the lesson “gets it.” Miracles are synchronistic epiphanies.
